At PSE, we stand by the quality of our sports gear and offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused equipment in its original packaging. We are committed to ensuring you have the right tools to elevate your performance, providing a seamless process for any necessary adjustments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PSE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
